The 2015 REAL Trends Real Estate Website Rankings have been announced. Five technology experts narrowed the 750 entries to the top 25.

Serious congratulations to my personal friend and Christie’s International Real Estate partner Michael Saunders for being recognized in the United States as the #1 overall real estate website. This is an amazing accomplishment as Michael has developed her company and name stake’s website with heritechnology team. I know Michael through our relationship with Christie’s and revere her as an exceptional business person in our industry. Congratulations Michael, you and your team deserve the #1 ranking.

Pacific Union achieved the award for the 4thfinest website in the USA. This was largely the result of the intense personal efforts of our internal team lead by our Vice President of Marketing, Jessica Frushtick and the industry consultants that we are fortunate to have exceptional relationships with, including: Alex Paine @WebSightDesign, Brian Boero @ 1000Watt,SolutionSet, Victor Lund@ WAV Group andColin Crawford.

What is most important here is our commitment to our mobile platform. Mobile searches are approaching 60% of overall traffic on pacificunion.com and most of it is people and listings driven. Please make 100% sure you have engaged with the summer interns to complete your digital profile and footprint. More of that to follow next week; for now, we have a few professionals that have 100% nailed their personal mobile sites by uploading theme photos, customizing neighborhoods, adding market data, and displaying social media icons.

We have clearly had our fair share of acknowledgements from industry sources in the last few months. We will continue to drive for success.

Please know there is not a day in which we are not thankful for your continued trust and confidence in our vision and brand.
